The hotel of choice in Kuala Lumpur. Excellent value and neat place, caring staff at the receptionist. Convenient and ideal location so close to nearby attractions like Intermark as well as big supermarket, fast check-in. Also, close to everything. Brand-new & top-class unit in tidy n comfort on items.

like the fact the room is big and love the design... even for just one bedroom.
location, no room service after 10pm not even drink.. no mini bar provided. breakfast... they stop serving breakfast for room service after 10.30 am.. they don't do breakfast after 10.30am you must only eat lunch.... they should have all day breakfast... sometimes people wakes up at 11 am or 11.30 am... can't eat lunch at 11... too early.

I enjoyed stay in micasa for 5 nights. Really, the suite was comfortable, cleaned and very nite. Every thing in the suit was arranged and available. The view of swimming pool and the trees around it was imagic.
The location is far from the center of the city. You need a taxi for each trip.

The room was fantastic - don't let the exterior building fool you. The room facility was more than you can ask for, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, location was fantastic - only 5min walk from Ampang St and 1stop away from klcc. The room was serviced everyday and morning newspaper at your door, the bed was the best we've slept in. The layout and spaciousness of the room was just a breath of fresh air. The showerhead was big and waterfall-like. We would definitely come back to the hotel again, it was luxurious, homely, modern and excellent value. Breakfast was good, serving both local and international delights for a great price!
We would have liked a few more sachets of coffee with our "tea and coffee" facilities, not only 2 sachets and that goes for the teas as well.

This hotel is lovely welcoming with everything being perfect and reasonable value. The staff are superfriendly and extremely accommodating, managed the parking onsite. There is an excellent tapas restaurant, for breakfast.

The location in the center of the city.
Quite old area.

excellently located, very nice and big rooms. The hotel lacks appropriate dining diversity and staff has little experience. maybe because the hotel is new, however, if you are using the hotel for night sleep, I would strongly recommend it.
Staff experience. Hotel confirmation is not a guarantee, parking is under 3rd party as they claim.

The best room for the money. Very well kept, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Comfortable. Mikasa has the best room in Kuala Lumpur compared to all other hotels we have stayed as of date.

Great spacious room with own kitchenette, including microwave, fridge, stove etc Nice swimming salt water swimming pool with a section for the little ones. Very friendly and helpful staff, assisted with all requests. Good restaurants.
Little bit of the beaten track, E.G. 10 minute walk to klcc and 10 minutes by taxi to Bukit Bintang. However it is situated in a quite area.
